Memberships
The structure of the dues and fees for Equity Members consists of two parts, namely: The mortgage debt service (Annual Core Assessment) and charges for golfing play (elective play packages) or an annual maintenance fee. Must meet all Club Qualification and Restrictions, these and any dues, fees and assessments are subject to the rules and provisions of the Club’s By-Laws.

WALKING is allowed. All walkers MUST check in at the Pro-Shop. However, if you purchase packages E thru G, walking will be considered a round of either 9 or 18 holes.
The annual dues structure includes a mortgage debt service (Core Assessment), payable by all Equity Members. Operational dues and fees are an annual non-refundable charge to members for the availability of golfing privileges, whether used or not, and cover the ongoing operational costs. Illness, injuries, or hardships are not acceptable reasons for temporary suspension of responsibilities to meet these financial obligations.
